Fees, conditions

Registration is required for all conference participants. It is recommended to make the registration online. In order to avoid double charges, please register only ONCE. Early bird fees are available until 10 June 2024. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the congress organiser upon receipt of registration and payment.

    (Excluding the banquet dinner, and the company visit & excursion.)

Accompanying registration fee includes:

  • Banquet dinner
  • Lunches (3 times)
  • Full day excursion with company visit

Accompanying persons’ registration fee is not valid for admission to the scientific part of the Conference, and these fees do not include conference materials, only meals and social events.


If you change your mind, you will have an opportunity to buy tickets for the excursion & company visit and the banquet dinner on the spot for the following prices:

  • Conference excursion: 155 €
  • Banquet dinner: 120 €

to be arranged during the secure online registration. A pro forma invoice should be generated (pdf) in order to arrange the payment. The paid amount should appear in the paid coloumn in case of successful online payment.

Registrations and reservations which are not accompanied by appropriate payment, will not be honoured. Registrations and hotel reservations will be acknowledged in writing. Confirmation is to be sent by the Secretariate to the email address of the registration (used during the registration), ONLY if a payment was made. Congress bureau Diamond Congress Ltd. is responsible for collection of all charges; hence all financial issues are handled and confirmed by the congress bureau.

On site, registration fees and hotel bookings can be paid in Euro or in Hungarian Forint. Besides, credit cards listed above will be accepted. The organisers regret that cheques cannot be accepted, they should be cashed at the banks.

Credit Card

For the online payment VISA, EuroCard/MasterCard, Card number are suitable with expiry date, card holder’s name, billing address of the cardholder and CVV code (the last three digits on the back of the credit card where the signature is – only VISA and EC/MC). Terms and conditions of participation

Advance online registration is a condition of participation in the conference. During the online registration you should accept the terms and conditions of participation as well as the terms of cancellation written on this website. The organisers consider this commitment as a binding written contract. The registration fee/accompanying person’s registration fee may include entertainment allowances, such as catering services, reception, public transport cards, etc. In the final invoice the amount of these services will be indicated as intermediary service. Hotel accommodation orders (if any) are also subject of intermediary service. See also the general terms and conditions here.

Cancellation policy

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) –
    in case of cancellation received before 15 July 2024
  • 50% refund –
    in case of cancellation received before 31 July 2024
  • No refund –
    in case of cancellation, received after 1 August 2024
